THE O3 PROGRAMS |
We’ve developed a variety of programs to help meet the unique needs of our clientele. These programs include: One-On-One Personal Training:This program takes your individual needs and creates a custom approach to weight loss, metabolic change, and muscle and strength building. In this program your trainer can determine the structure that is best suited for your goals. Two-On-One Personal Training:This is designed for individuals who prefer to work-out with a partner. Observation suggests that having a friend to share in goals, positive competition and empathy can lead to better program adherence. Also, having a partner to train with actually lowers the cost of training for those who might be on a tighter budget. Group Fitness Classes:Fitkick - Based on kickboxing and martial arts drills, this highly energetic class will keep you moving while improving cardiovascular and muscular endurance. The format is intermediate to advanced but still allows for students to go at their own pace. Keith Wimsett, a certified kickboxing instructor, has been teaching since 1998. Cost is $10 per class. First class is FREE. Commando Krav Maga (CKM) - CKM classes are provided by the WNC Center for Self Defense. As seen on the History Channel's "Human Weapon" series, CKM is considered by many experts to be the most devastating defensive system in the world. CKM uses short, simple techniques that are based on the body's natural reflexive actions. Always assuming that the attacker is bigger and stronger, CKM is easily used by men and women alike. Classes are held M-W-F from 6-7:30pm. For more information, click here. Lunch Crunch Fitness Starting Monday, August 3 from 12:15-12:45pm, O3 Health & Fitness is offering a Lunch Crunch Fitness class beginning. This 30-minute class, 3 times a week is geared toward those wanting to get fit in a shorter, more manageable timeframe. This head-to-toe workout will get your heart pumping and give you a more toned and tight body. Cost is $5 per class per person.
