THE O3 SEMINARS

Women's Self Defense Programs:

   Our programs are provided by the WNC Center for Self Defense and are based on self defense theories and concepts that do not require martial arts training. Programs are designed to maintain a minimum instructor to student ratio of 5:1.

Basic Women's Self Defense Class:

This four hour class offers an introduction to women's self defense. The class covers awareness as well as concepts and theories of self defense. Thechniques are then introduced in order to help women understand how to aply the concepts and theories. This class is the prerequisite for the Advanced Series.

Advanced Women's Self Defense Series:

  This series of six classes builds on the concepts, theories, and techniques learned in the Basic Women's Self Defense class, which is a prerequisite for this series. The series covers, in depth: adrenaline stress response, ground fighting, multiple attackers, knife defense, gun defense, and more. The series concludes with a role-played full contact final class against a padded assailant.
